Last weekend the third round of Portuguese Nationals took place in Torres Novas village at the track where the European TC Championship will be held. The temperatures where high all weekend and drivers got perfect conditions to compete and also practise and prepare for the upcoming European Championship.
There were 15 drivers in modified class and 8 in stock class. Practise runs showed that Bruno Coelho was the man to beat closely followed and always beating back the attacks of his teammate Helder Silva. Pedro Moura unfortunately experienced some technical problems and was not able to keep up with them, however he still made it to the A main.

During the finals Bruno and Helder again made it a superb watch for all spectators fighting for the top spot in the first final run. In the second and third final run Bruno made a quick clean start and making use of the fight between Helder and last year champion Hugo Miguel was stretching his lead until the finish line.
